Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Bloom Styling & Events! Please review the following terms and conditions before booking our services.

Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

  • Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

Rush Bookings

Bookings made less than 10 days before the event are subject to a rush fee based on the size and complexity of the project.

Delivery, Setup & Teardown

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the event location.

  • Professional setup is included when specified in your proposal.

  • Teardown is included only if listed in your package or contract.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible at the scheduled installation time.

Venue Access

The client is responsible for obtaining any required venue permissions and ensuring the installation area is ready upon our arrival. Delays caused by venue restrictions or unavailable access may result in additional labor charges.

Balloon Care

Once installed, Bloom Styling & Events is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Extreme heat or direct sunlight

  • Wind or severe weather

  • Rain

  • Sharp objects

  • Children or guests handling the décor

  • Pets

  • Improper handling after installation

Outdoor balloon installations are designed for your event but cannot be guaranteed due to changing weather conditions.

Client-Provided Items

To maintain our quality standards, we generally do not install client-provided balloons. If client-supplied décor or materials are used at the client's request, Bloom Styling & Events is not responsible for product failure, color variations, or damage.

Changes to Your Order

Any changes requested after booking are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • The 50% retainer is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made after the final payment has been received may not qualify for a refund, as materials and labor may already be committed.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we'll work with you to determine the best available solution.

Photography

Bloom Styling & Events reserves the right to photograph completed installations and use these images for our website, social media, advertising, and portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.

Rental Items

All rental items, including backdrops, stands, marquee letters, signage, pedestals, and other décor, remain the property of Bloom Styling & Events.

The client is responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively soiled rental items and agrees to pay the replacement or repair cost if necessary.

Liability

Bloom Styling & Events is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of décor, rental equipment, or balloon installations after setup has been completed.

Force Majeure

Bloom Styling & Events shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, venue closures, government restrictions, illness, or other unforeseen events.

Agreement

By submitting payment, signing the service agreement, or accepting our proposal, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
