Whenever possible, we use premium balloons that are biodegradable and designed for professional event décor.

  • Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

  • We're based in St. Joseph, Minnesota, and proudly serve Central Minnesota and surrounding areas. Travel fees apply based on distance.

    Delivery starts at $30 within 20 miles. Beyond 20 miles, an additional $1 per mile applies.

  • Yes! We offer delivery, professional installation, and teardown for most of our event styling services.

  • We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings are welcome based on our schedule. Events booked less than days before is subject to rush fee based on the project scope.

  • Yes, but outdoor installations are weather dependent. Heat, direct sunlight, wind, and rain can affect balloon longevity, and we cannot guarantee balloons against weather-related damage.

  • Indoor balloon installations typically last several days to a few weeks, while outdoor installations generally last for the duration of the event depending on weather conditions.

  • We accept secure online payments through your invoice. We do not accept cash payments.

  • Retainers are non-refundable because your date is reserved exclusively for your event. Please refer to your service agreement for our full cancellation policy.

  • After your booking is confirmed, we'll finalize your design details. Depending on the event, inspiration boards or mockups may be provided for larger custom installations.

  • To ensure the highest quality and durability, we primarily use our own professional-grade balloons. We generally do not install balloons provided by clients, as we cannot guarantee their quality, color consistency, or performance. Using our trusted materials allows us to create the polished, long-lasting designs we're known for.
